Principal

"As an educational leader, I believe that a thriving school culture begins with trust, shared purpose, and relationships. My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership that prioritizes the needs of others, listening first, and lifting up those around me. I strive to cultivate an environment where students, staff, and families feel seen, heard, and valued, and where collaboration and joy are central to our everyday work."

Grove is a place where kids are known, valued, and encouraged to grow not only academically, but also as kind, confident learners."Taylor WarneckeTeacher
